Dawn Wible is the founder of Talk More. Tech Less. a digital wellness & safety organization promoting healthy relationships in a tech-saturated world. For over a decade, she has trained communities, organizations, schools, and families on healthy and safer tech use #TechResponsibly.

Dawn is an online safety advocate and a certified digital wellness educator through the Digital Wellness Institute. She is the co-chair of the Online Harms Prevention Workgroup with the Action Network at Fairplay. Harm prevention is her passion as she is trauma-informed and trained in Digital Media Overuse (DMO). In addition to speaking on healthier and safer technology use, she works on federal and state legislation to help protect minors globally online from exploitation and predatory design practices. In May 2025 she was honored to help champion and witness federal online safety legislation signed into law at the White House along with her former co-chair, Joann Bogard. She is an aligned speaker with the Anxious Generation. Research on the mental health benefits of the Talk More. Dawn’s husband, Matt, founded an outdoor mentorship organization in 2008 for young men, which became the birthplace of Talk More. Tech Less. after 30 years of mentoring youth. Together, they walk this road alongside parents navigating technology in the home, modeling healthy habits as they raise their own boys.

Talk More. Tech Less. was a part of the first digital wellness certification and a founding member of the Digital Wellness Collective.
